If your employee calls at 10pm to say she won’t be in the next day, you don’t have to have a sleepless night, just call us and we can have a temporary nurse waiting for you at your practice the next morning.

Don’t like doing job interviews? We can arrange for a Dolphin Consultant to come to your practice and interview our candidates for you in front of you. Then all you need to do is pick which candidate you would like to employ, we will do all the hard work.
Personal face to face meetings*
A dolphin consultant can also come to your practice (if you would like us too), to discuss the exact type of employee you require while in your own surroundings.
